Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item under certain conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at groocheco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Refunds, Resends, or Returns

Grooche will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

Orders Delayed: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, you may be eligible for a refund or resend.

Orders Not Received: If your order has not been delivered, we will investigate and offer a refund or resend as appropriate.

Products Damaged: If the item arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we will resolve the issue by sending the correct product or issuing a refund.

Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund.

Please return products within 30 days of receiving them to be eligible for a refund or return.

Unacceptable Disputes

Grooche shall not accept returns or issue refunds for unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

1. The buyer does not like the product.

2. Claims that the product description is not accurate.

3. Products have an unusual smell.

4. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

5. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

6. Product differences were negotiated in advance.

7. Tracking information was deleted by logistics companies
or local post offices.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants);

Custom or personalized products;

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products);

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
