Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be canceled. However, upon receiving your order, you may contact our support team at groocheco@gmail.com to initiate a return. If the return is approved, we will process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you select "Shipping Protection" at checkout, you will have the option to request a reshipment or refund if your order is lost in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

Grooche is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before submitting your order. If we make an error with your order, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties applied once items have shipped. By purchasing from grooche, you acknowledge that your order may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country, which are your responsibility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if available. For orders with free shipping, tracking information may not always be provided.

For some shipping carriers, tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us at groocheco@gmail.com for assistance.
